  One of the main reasons I go to Hungry Jacks is for the thick shakes. My whole family loves them. However, at the Port Kennedy store they are constantly unavailable. The supposed reason given is that their machine has broken down or they ran out of stock. This is has been a regular occurrence for several years now. Surely by now they should have replaced a machine that breaks down so often, and/or have worked out how to order enough stock. It's so frustrating and almost laughable at how often it happens. We now ring the store before we go to buy takeaway and if they have no milkshakes we go elsewhere. We usually end up going elsewhere about 70% of the time.

  No chocolate milkshake and no tomatoe sause. Very grubby and in need of renovation.
